A detailed postal household survey has been posted to all residents and businesses in Handbridge. The questions have been created by local residents volunteering for the Handbridge Neighbourhood Forum Committee, and is based on feedback from Forum members and the wider community. £6.2K Locality Grant
We have been awarded £6.2K funding by Locality to support the development of the Handbridge Neighbourhood Plan. Cheshire Community Action will carry out a detailed postal household survey and provide advice on planning policies. Cheshire Wildlife Trust will carry out habitat mapping and recommendations for enhancing the value of the natural environment in Handbridge.
Business & commerce update
Understanding the needs of the Handbridge Business Community is an important part of building the evidence base for the Handbridge Neighbourhood Plan. All businesses with ‘shop fronts’ in the Area have been contacted with a questionnaire to gain their views on what would be helpful in order for their businesses to thrive.
Outcome – 30 August 2022 Forum meeting
