Yes – 415 votes. No – 161 votes. The next stage is for CWaC to prepare a decision notice and report to ‘make’ the neighbourhood plan.

CWaC have let us know that they will be holding a referendum on the Handbridge Neighbourhood Plan on Thursday 24 July. Polling cards will be sent to residents eligible to vote in this referendum. We will share further details when they have been published.

CWaC’s public consultation on the draft Handbridge Neighbourhood Plan ended on 13 February. This was followed by an independent examination of the plan, which also took into account any comments received during the CWaC public consultation.
