A revised neighbourhood plan, a consultation statement and a basic conditions statement have been submitted to CWaC. Copies have been emailed to forum members.
The next stage of process (called Regulation 16) is for CWaC to launch a public consultation and arrange an independent Examiner, who will consider whether the neighbourhood plan meets the basic conditions and other legal requirements.
